Free Heat-and-Cold Pack to a Good Home
Dec. 1st, 2023 10:42 pmAnyone want a corn-filled heat-and-cold pack for the cost of shipping? I picked up some MCU Black Panther fabric remnants from Joann's a while back before my brain kicked in and I remembered that Disney will absolutely come down on me like a ton of bricks if I try to sell anything I make with it. I've got two corn packs now that I can't sell, but also can't seem to offload otherwise, and figured I'd check if any of my subscriblers or circlemates over here were interested.
The corn sacks weigh probably about twenty ounces, maybe twenty-four? You can stick them in the microwave or the oven to warm them up and then you'll have a heat pack; I like to use them to warm up my blankets at night, or the seat of my car on any mornings I need to scrape ice off of the windshield or just generally offload snow. They also make great ice packs if you stick them in the freezer, and honestly work pretty okay for general pressure needs, as well.
Conditions:
1) Please pay for shipping; if we go with the cheapest USPS option in the continental US, it'll be around $13 USD. (Good gravy, shipping is expensive these days!) If you want it to go anywhere else, it'll almost certainly cost more than that.
2) Only one free corn sack per person; if you want to add on more, let me know and we can work something out!
There are two available, but I can probably be convinced to sell a few others at cost plus shipping, especially for needy spoonies on a budget. Please comment if you're interested!
